Biodynamic Association National Conference (October 1-3)

Member Discount
Biodynamic Association members enjoy reduced registration fees for the Pre-Conference and the Conference; instructions for getting your discount are in the Cart Summary (checkout). Not a member yet? You can join when you register for the conference.
Scholarships
No one should let cost stand in the way of attendance at this conference. If you cannot afford the full fee, you may apply for a scholarship. The application is short, simple and straightforward. To apply, go to this page and complete the application form. Apply before August 1, and you will be notified of your scholarship amount by August 10. If funds permit, additional applications received by August 15 will be reviewed and awards made by August 27, and applications received by September 1 will be reviewed and awards made by September 10. Do not register until your scholarship is approved.
Meals
Threefold Café, located in Main House, serves nutritious, mostly organic and biodynamic food. Two meal plans are available: Option 1 ($96) includes all meals from Thursday supper through Sunday lunch; Option 2 ($75) includes all meals except breakfasts: Thursday supper through Sunday lunch. Both meal plans exclude Saturday supper due to the Food and Wine Tasting Fundraiser. Individual meal tickets will be available for purchase on-site, preconference and at registration; lunch or supper costs $16 each and breakfast costs $8 each. The Café's meal service is buffet with a vegetarian option and usually a meat or fish option, prepared from scratch. The nearby Hungry Hollow Co-op serves organic take-out and there are many restaurants within driving distance.

Roommates and Ride Shares
Conference attendees seeking roommates or ride shares are invited to post a message on the Association's National Conference 2010 forum.
Child Care
Child care will be available Monday-Friday (September 27-October 1), 7:30am-6:00pm, for children ages 3-5 at nearby Peace through Play Nursery School. (Depending on demand, Peace Through Play may be open on Saturday and Sunday, October 2-3.) Fees are $60/day and $50/half-day (morning or afternoon) with a 10% discount for siblings. Paying by Check
To pay by check, you must mail in your registration. Please click here to download a paper registration form.
Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellation refunds will be honored, less $50 per person processing fee, if cancellation is received before September 7, 2010. Written requests postmarked or emailed between September 7 and September 21, 2010 will receive a 50% refund, less $50 per person processing fee. If you cancel by phone, you must talk to Lory Widmer, Conference Registrar, in person and not just leave a message. If you email your cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email within 2 business days. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your cancellation email was not received. Your registration (with no workshop or meal plan changes) may also be transferred to someone else's name if you cannot attend. Sorry, no refunds or transfers after September 21, 2010. If attendance is uncertain, please consider registering on-site.
